Booking conditions
Confirmation deposit at the time of booking: 30% of the total amount
Payment of the balance upon arrival.
For short stays of one night only, the total amount is required upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation policy:
In case of written notice of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, no cost will be charged, except bank charges.
From 59 to 30 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total.
From 29 days onwards the full amount will be charged, as well as in case of no show presentation.
The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
The request for availability is not binding and does not take the form of a contract for either the client or the Podere le Pialle.
